The Administrators and Developers configure the server, patch issues and are generally responsible for keeping the server running.

Senior Moderators are staff that knows ins and outs of the server very well. They are able to run events, restart the server if needed, correct issues with plugins and also do some plugin configurations.

Moderator+ are staff that have been on the team for a bit. They know enough about the server to handle situations that arise in game and in discord.

Moderators are staff that have earned a spot on the staff team. They knows the basics of how the server runs and can perform basic moderation duties.

A helper is not officially staff, but rather a user who helps out in the community.
